This Return, Shipping & Cancellation Policy governs purchases made through the Ark Collectives Website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Shipping Policy
• We offer domestic shipping based on delivery location.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on product type and region.
• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via WhatsApp/SMS after dispatch.
• Shipping delays due to external conditions (weather, courier issues) are beyond our control.

Packaging & Delivery Safety
• All products are securely packaged to prevent physical damage during transit.
• Damaged parcels at delivery must be reported immediately with photo/video proof.

Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided dispatch has not started.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✔ Physical damage during transit
✔ Wrong product delivered

Conditions for Returns
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact.
• Photo or video proof of defects or damage is required for approval. • We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned items.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong delivery.

Replacement Policy
• If eligible, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
• Replacement processing time may vary depending on product availability.

Return Shipping
• In eligible cases, Ark Collectives will provide return shipping instructions.
• Customers may need to self-ship items in some cases. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed when the claim is valid.
